Packaging Requirements

Failure to comply with our packaging requirements will invalidate any liability claims.

Measuring your goods:

  • Length: Measure the longest side of your package from one end to the other.
  • Height: Measure the package from the bottom to the tallest point.
  • Width: Measure from the widest point of your fully packaged goods.

Unboxed Service New

Our new unboxed service allows you to send goods not contained in a structured cardboard box, examples of this are wheels and tyres, please ensure your goods are suitably protected with bubble wrap, cling film or cardboard including exposed metal.

Rims Only

Each rim must be individually packaged into a fully structured cardboard box. Each rim must be individually wrapped in bubble wrap to restrict all movement within the cardboard box. The boxes must be labelled with the full delivery address.

Each box must not exceed:

Weight: 30kgs
Maximum Dimensions: 60cm x 60 cm x 40cm.

Tyres Only

Each tyre must be individually packaged. They must be fully wrapped in bubble wrap or shrink wrap.

Each tyre must be labelled with the full delivery address.

Each tyre must not exceed:

Weight: 30kgs
Length: 1.6m
Height and Width Combined: 1.2m

If increased liability is purchased, tyres must be in a structured box.

Alloy Wheels and Tyres

Your alloy wheels with tyres can be unboxed. Each alloy wheel must be individually packaged. The exposed rim must be covered with bubblewrap and cardboard (no bare metal permitted). We recommend covering the whole wheel with bubble wrap or shrink wrap. Each alloy must be labelled with the full delivery address.

Each package must not exceed:

Weight: 30kgs
Length: 1.6m
Height and Width Combined: 1.2m

(i.e. when you add the width and height together, they should not be more than 120cm)

If increased liability is purchased, alloy wheels must be in a structured box.
